Deine Aufgaben

Ensure the deployment of methods and tools respecting DDMS (Digital Design, Manufacturing and Services) standards for Risks and Opportunity Management, schedule management and any other PM related topics
Ensure implementation and follow-up of project management standards, methods & tools to ensure project deliverables (e.g. using methods such as Earned Value Management etc.) and timely highlight divergence and corrective actions
Perform stakeholder management to onboard all relevant disciplines
Coordinate the different teams working in the dedicated area and manage the interfaces
Perform Risk and Opportunity Management

Ability to step back and view the subject from a broad perspective
Team player with willingness to share and learn with and from the group
Open-mindedness, creativity and customer orientation
Strong communication skills on all working levels
Willingness to travel (once per month mainly to Toulouse)
Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Betriebswirtschaft oder Internationales Management (mind. Bachelor-Studiengang)
IT / Informationssysteme (mind. über 1 Jahr)
Luft- und Raumfahrt (mind. über 2 Jahre)
Projektleitung (mind. über 1 Jahr)
Projektmanagement (mind. über 4 Jahre)
Change Management (mind. Grundkenntnisse)
Risk Management (mind. Grundkenntnisse)
Knowledge of Electrical Systems (ESI) and the respective development processes would be a plus
Deutsch (mind. verhandlungssicher)
Englisch (mind. verhandlungssicher)
