A320 Fleet Industrial Integration Manager (d/m/w)

The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Industrial Integration Manager for the Industrial Integration Team as part of the A320 Family Programme configuration management. It will be their responsibility to ensure that the Customization Configuration industrial integration perimeter is in accordance with Customer definition as per process/quality/lead time and cost.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Perform the Industrial Integration of version modifications & late mandatory customer options requests
  • Identify any industrial risks/constraints and monitor deliverables vs programme planning, bridging with Production, Suppliers, Manufacturing, plants, FAL etc
  • Perform and consolidate the industrial integration of any version reallocation and ensure appropriate monitoring of any industrial risks/constraints
  • Support project & chief engineering teams to mitigate potential risks on new project developments, systems crisis and ensure programme robustness in fleet integration
  • Continuously improve fleet industrial integration deliverables to ensure on time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead in continuous improvement of general Industrial processes and tool projects as well as simplify the customization process to support rate increase
  • Support Digitalization and associated lean opportunities

Dein Profil

  • High-tuned communication, presentation & influencing skills towards all management levels – internally and externally
  • Independent, structured and result-oriented work and good analytical skills
  • Team player with multi-cultural awareness
  • Mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang in Flugzeugbau, Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Configuration Management
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Fertigung / Produktion
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Stakeholdermanagement von Vorteil
  • Mindestens vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP
  • Mindestens vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in ICC
  • Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Mindestens verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Luft- und Raumfahrterfahrung von Vorteil
