Deine Aufgaben

Sizing of structural parts, components and installations made from metal and carbon fiber materials using state of the art analysis tools, FEM techniques and classic handbook methods
Trade off analysis for design solutions and structural concepts
Analysis of mechanical systems and equipment integration
Preparation of analysis reports and statements to support airframe qualification
Assessment of damages and development of repairs for in-service A/C Support to manufacturing and assembly lines and evaluation of concessions and nonconformities
Communication to relevant stakeholders and adjacent departments

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive attitude and willingness for teamwork with various interfaces to other disciplines
Mindestens Master/Diplom-Studiengang in Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Äquivalent
Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
Mindestens verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Ingenieur in der Flugzeugstrukturanalyse ist erforderlich
Erfahrung in der Spannungsanalyse von Rohrleitungsarbeiten oder Stoßsimulationen ist ein Plus
Gute Kenntnisse von Standard-Spannungsanalysemethoden (z.B. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young) sind obligatorisch
Solide Erfahrung in der Anwendung spezifischer Spannungsanalyse- und FEM-Tools (z.B. Nastran, Hyperworks etc.) sollte vorhanden sein
